  • WOTW (Work out of the week)

    The theme of the week could be anything from Tabata sessions, AMRAP workouts, strength circuits, pyramids, challenge workouts, flow or burn. We love to keep our sessions fresh and exciting, and our WOTW classes are always sure to get your sweat on!

  • Hot mobility

    Both dynamic movements as well as static stretches to open and lengthen your body. Working out in 30C infrared heat has been shown to help burn more fat, increase circulation, help with pain and stiffness, boost your immune system and detox.

  • Hot Flow

    Flowy movements combined with strong warrior poses to burn that core and those legs! Working out in 30C infrared heat has been shown to help burn more fat, increase circulation, help with pain and stiffness, boost your immune system and detox.

  • Hot Wild Card

    Our Hot Wild Card classes with Candy are like playing a game of reformer roulette. The style of hot workout is a surprise, but one thing is for sure - it will be hot and there will be sweat!

  • Beginner

    Is it your first time on a bed or to a FF class? This class is for you! We still do the WOTW but slower and lower so you have a chance to get used to the moves and the FF style of workout. All fitness levels are welcome – come and see how we like to sweat! If you are a newbie, purchase our 2-for-1 beginner class pack on the app and enjoy two beginner classes for the price of one to ease yourself into things!

  • Hot Burn

    Lots of isolation exercises particularly in the core and glute muscles. You will feel an intense burn like no other! Working out in 30C infrared heat has been shown to help burn more fat, increase circulation, help with pain and stiffness, boost your immune system and detox.
